We are looking for an Estate Planning Attorney!
Want to help families plan for their future? We’re seeking a friendly attorney to join our team. You’ll help our retired clients with wills, trusts, protecting their assets, and administering their estates after death – plus work with some amazing seniors along the way.
What You’ll Do:
– Create estate plans and help retired people protect their independence, families, and assets
– Draft key documents like wills and trusts
– Guide families through probate and estate administration
– Meet with clients and rarely appear in court for uncontested matters
What We Need:
– JD and Idaho law license
– Great people skills and a positive attitude
– Natural ability to connect with seniors
– Grew up on a farm/ranch (optional)
– A parent who left the law to raise kids and now ready to return to work (optional)

Work hours: Monday through Thursday [32 hours], in office work, starting salary range $85-100,000 depending on experience. Mac office, dog friendly. Anticipate extra work time at the beginning to learn.
