A group of ninety-five year olds were asked if they could live their lives over, what would they do differently? Here are the three things that most of them said:1
- Reflect more. Enjoy more moments, sunrises and sunsets. Notice more moments of joy.
- Take more risks and chances. Life is too short not to go for it.
- Leave a legacy – something that will live on after you die. The seniors defined a legacy as leaving a world that has been improved and touched by your presence, your joy and your positive actions.
What guidance would you add to this list?
